Sciatica :: Left sided sciatica – Spigelia

Mr. P., age 69 years was under my treatment for the following complaints. Indigestion, nervous breakdown, depression, etc.

During the course of illness he developed left-sided sciatica the pain used to radiate to the left testicle and up to toes.

This patient had usually high blood pressure.

As there was tingling with the pain the patient got afraid that this new trouble might be a precursor of paralysis.

I gave assurance to the patient and prescribed Spigelia 200 3 doses to be taken daily.

In a few days he was much better. There was no pain, no tingling and the blood pressure came down to normal limits. This patient is still under my treatment and is full of praise for Spigelia.
