There is a case of Mr. M.B. J., aged 19 years who presented a history of blows on his abdomen which resulted in immediate pain in his abdomen and later occasional attacks. On each occasion he used to he investigated thoroughly in the hospital but no abnormality could be detected till about 2 years.

Now this year when the pain occurred the patient was taken to hospital. Where it was diagnosed a case of duodenal ulcer. I proceeded with Arnica 1000 and later 10 M and 50 M which seem to have cured the case.
