Mountain Sickness - Carcinosin

A boy aged 24 years consulted me for his C/o travel sickness. He told me that whenever he used to travel especially in mountainous regions, he used to develop extreme giddiness with nausea and vomiting. Persistent queries revealed that he had no other physical complaint.

He had desire for sweets. He had a strong family h/o Diabetes Mellitus. He was very touchy by nature and sensitive to least trifle things. He was highly egoistic. On interrogation; he revealed that although he appeared mild from outside; he was destructive from inside.

Thus; from analogy; he as a person behaved and had attributes very much those of CANCER. i.e. mild and benign external appearance with extreme destructiveness inside.

After thorough case analysis; I prescribed CARCINOSIN 30/ 1dose. The patient reported after some time that he traveled to a hill station recently without any discomfort whatsoever!!
